My elderly mum lives in Hexham and has a touch of dementia. Her landline and mobile are essential communication tools to keep in touch with mum as we live in Kent. There was an issue with both phones that weren’t usable.
I contacted David to help who liaised with his colleague Paul. They both appreciated mums vulnerability. Paul attended the property at 6pm a mere 40 minutes after my call.
Paul quickly identified the issue. This included a poor connection and power source and the phone handsets having incorrect batteries. He even drove to Tesco to buy the right batteries and fitted them accordingly. He also showed mum how to use her mobile as she had forgotten how to answer a call.
The service level provided was exceptional. Both David and Paul were very professional and helpful and their willingness to help later in the working day was admirable.
